25% of net linehaul, minimum $60.00; guarantees delivery within standard transit time

“A twenty-five percent (25%) fee of the net linehaul charge will be added to the price of the shipment, subject to a minimum charge of $60.00 per shipment.” (p. 27)

10% of total invoice, minimum $134.00; delivery one business day faster than standard

“A ten percent (10%) surcharge on the total shipment invoice will be added to the price of the shipment, subject to a minimum charge of $134.00 per shipment.” (p. 53)

Per shipment for time/date specific delivery requests

“A charge of $184.00 per shipment will be applied to any Time Date Critical shipments.” (p. 51)

35% of net linehaul, minimum $368.00; delivery by noon within standard transit

“A thirty-five percent (35%) fee of the net linehaul charge will be added to the price of the shipment, subject to a minimum charge of $368.00 per shipment.” (p. 54)
